Terms and Conditions
By renting from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Security Deposit: A non-negotiable but refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit is separate from the rental fee and will be refunded once the item(s) are returned on the agreed date and in the same condition they were received.
Any damage or loss will be assessed and deducted from the deposit.
Rental Duration: Standard rental period is from morning pick-up to evening return on the same day. Early collection (the night before) may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
Late Returns & Damages: Late returns or damaged items will incur additional charges at the full daily rental rate. These charges may be deducted from the security deposit.
Use of Items: Modifications, alterations, or any form of tampering with rented items are strictly prohibited.
Booking Policy: All rentals are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required to confirm and secure any booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made before the scheduled shoot date will incur a 50% charge of the total payment. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Logistics & Delivery: Clients are responsible for all logistics costs (delivery and pickup). If items need to be moved to upper floors or require special handling, additional moving costs will be borne by the client.
Refund Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed within working hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM).
